Call for Consultants & Trainers

Human Resource Development (HRD) is a full-service consultancy and training firm located in Ramallah, Palestine. Since 2007, HRD has delivered direct consulting services to clients in business and organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research, and the provision of human resources. HRD also provides services to enhance the professional abilities of Palestinian workers through offering diverse workshops and trainings to individuals and organizations.

HRD is seeking applications from highly motivated and skilled consultants and trainers to deliver qualifications in the following fields:

Consulting Fields:

- Monitoring and Evaluation in all subject areas
- Planning in all subject areas
- IT expert in different subjects
- Gender and Womens Rights
- Law
- Finance and Economics
- Value chain
- Soft skills (Communications, Time management, Leadership, etc)
- All Engineering fields

 Training Fields:

- Soft skills, specifically communications, time management, leadership, etc
- Accounting Softwares: BISAN Enterprise, Financial Excel & Shamel.
- Engineering Softwares: Rivet Structure, Etap, Primavera & Civil 3D.
- IT: Web Design, Programming, Android & Databases.
- MS Projects.
- Marketing & E-Marketing.
- Social Media.
- Archiving (both digital and hard copy).
