Cancer project coordinator

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps of Lebanon.  

As a medical coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support MAP’s role in activating, equipping cancer departments at Nasser Hospital. You will be crucial in monitoring the implementation and providing valuable insights to support local health initiatives and strategies. This role involves collaboration with MAP’s officer , healthcare providers, and other partners to implement activities targeted cancer patient in and outside the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in health management  is preferred.  Demonstrable experience as a medical administrative officer or a similar role preferably in the cancer care departments or cancer support agenesis. Experience in responding to beneficiary feedback mechanisms. A proven experience in hospital work, management, data collection, or a similar role. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are essential.
