Background:

The Partnerships with Youth (PWY) project provides educational and leadership opportunities for youth aged 14-29 throughout the West Bank by creating vibrant, youth-friendly hubs where young Palestinians can innovate, learn, and develop their talents. The project is funded by USAID and implemented by IREX, an international non-profit organization. The project builds on and expands Youth Development Resource Centers (YDRCs) and is currently working with eight YDRCs in the West Bank to create opportunities for active learning and innovation.

Consultancy Objective:

IREX intends to hire consultants/trainers to provide capacity development activities for the eight YDRCs in the West Bank. Consultants/trainers will offer coaching and training to the YDRCs in the following areas:

-Good Governance
-Digital Media Marketing
-Resource Mobilization and Fundraising Techniques
-Results-based Program Design and Development
-Monitoring and Evaluation

Qualifications/Experience Required:
Consultants/trainers should have the following qualifications:

-A university degree and experience in one or more of the following sectors:
 
Business Administration
Organizational Development
Project Management
Human Resources Management
Monitoring and Evaluation
Other relevant fields

-Extensive experience designing and implementing training workshops/courses on one or more of the topics listed above.
-Experience working with youth serving organizations preferred.
-Knowledge of the international, regional, and Palestinian context.
-Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic languages.
