Capacity Building Manager

We are seeking qualified candidates for a range of positions based in the West Bank. Successful applicants will be fluent in Arabic and have significant experience in Palestine.
 

 

Responsible for leading the design and implementation of activities to build the capacity of local
government partners and civil society bodies focused on youth issues.

Responsibilities include:
contributions to overall program design, the development of curriculum, serving as team lead and
supervising personnel, mentoring and coaching stakeholders and beneficiaries, and incorporating
media and ICTs into program activities.

Minimum requirements:
include 8 years work experience
including 5 years providing capacity-building support through training, consultations, and other
mechanisms to civil society organizations, and a degree in international affairs, international
development, public administration or a related field.
