Capacity Development Specialist

Creative Associates International, Inc. seeks an experienced and committed professional for the post of Capacity Development Specialist  for an anticipated USAID funded Civic Participation Program in the West Bank and Gaza.

Location: Jerusalem/Ramallah

Job Description:
The Capacity Development Specialist will be responsible for the provision and oversight of technical direction and assistance in support of improved technical, financial and human resource capacity of participant civil society organizations

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors in management, public administration, finance or related field. At least eight years of relevant experience in civil society strengthening, community mobilization, training, and/or a relevant field. Knowledge of democracy and governance issues in West Bank/Gaza,
and proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic
