Carpentry Supervisor

The European Institute for Cooperation and Development, is an international non-profit organization committed to supporting social and economic development programmes in Palestine. IECD is seeking candidates to fill multiple positions.

Carpentry Supervisor, full time position-Jericho Project for 1 year (Renewable)- salary $1000 US dollars/ month

-Assign, reviews and checks work of the members.
-Supervises the daily work flow and the maintenance of the machineries and equipments.
-Enforces safety regulations.
-Creates innovative ideas for new designs and layouts.
-Knowledge in and operates all carpentry hand tools.
-Capacity to delivery excellent customer service.
-Monitors the implementation of safety standard measures.
- Responsible and accountable for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the position:

1-Minimum 7 years prior experience in the same field.
2-Should have graduate degree from reputed university.
3-Good communication and leadership skills required.
4-Strong supervisory, interpersonal and staff support skills.
5-Ability to work and travel in the field.
6-Knowledge in management and accounting.
7-Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
