Cashier Supervisor

Pal Vison Food for Tourism Investment is seeking for a qualified professional Female for the position of Cashier Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Supervised and Developed Cashiers with cash handling, resolving customer issues efficiently while providing excellent customer services.
• Maintained record of all registered cash transactions and maintained accuracy.
• Trained new employees how to effectively provide customer service by following company guidelines and procedures.
• Resolved customer service issues and conflicts effectively and support cashiers.
• Exemplify quality customer service and maintain positive rapport with customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle cash register operations.
• Provide customer service to unsatisfied customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Provided exceptional customer service even in more stressful situations.
• Provided welcoming and friendly customer service.
• Provided customer service to maintain satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
• Communicate with customers and address any problems they may have
• Maintain a clean working environment by wiping down registers during downtime

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong training skills.
• Ability to work in different times shifts.
