Chief Accountant
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1-Adhere to GAAP , IFRS and regulatory agency requirements;
2-Preparing or coordinating the preparation of schedules and reconciliations needed to ensure that financial systems are in balance
3-Assist with collection of data and reporting of operational key performance indicators (KPI's);
4-Communicate results in a way that team members understand the financial impact of actions.
5-Perform daily and month-end accounting cycle processes;
6-Assist financial manager in Preparing financial statements and management reports;
7-Fulfill statistical analysis requirements from Top management ;
8-Maintain the general ledger program and balance subsidiary ledgers & bank reconciliation.
9-Assist with Local tax compliance and reporting requirements;
Requirements and Qualifications:
1-Minimum of 4 years' experience in General Accounting, or Auditing;
2-Bachelor degree in Accounting from Reputable university , CPA or CMA candidate preferred, but not required;
3-Proficiency in the use of computer hardware and spreadsheet applications is required;
4-Familiarity with word-processing, presentation, flowcharts, and ERP software is desirable;
5-Leadership; Critical thinking; Building expertise; Delivering results; Desire to grow with increasing levels of responsibility; Effective teamwork;
6-Strong communication; Integrity; &Self-motivated.
7-English language proficiency
