Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

We are seeking a highly skilled CTO with a history in the technological sector. CTO's are tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including aligning the company vision with its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in managing teams and offering software development services. An ambitious, multitasking go-getter able to thrive in the fast-paced environment.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

CTO Responsibilities:

• Teams and Projects management.
• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
• Making and implementing executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
• Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of Software and Hardware projects to market.

• Align the company's technology resources with the organization's short- and long-term goals

• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communication with leads, clients, and public.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training Project Managers and senior staff.
