The Child & Adolescent Life Skills Technical Quality Assurance Lead is responsible to provide overall technical leadership of children and adolescent’s life skills programing in JWG. This role coordinates high quality implementation World Vision’s life skills-related project models, such as Makani children’s clubs, summer camps, and adolescent IMPACT+ clubs, ensuring programming operates on time, according to minimum standards, and achieves intended outcomes and impact according to existing SOPs and technical standards.  This includes technical planning, advice, review, support and capacity building through monthly technical coordination meetings, regular field monitoring visits, reflection sessions, data analysis and reporting, training facilitation, mentoring and coaching. This role provides technical supervision and support to field-based Life Skills officers.

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • University degree in relevant field. Master Degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in areas closely related to child and adolescent life skills and/or social-emotional learning programming with nongovernment and development organizations in Jerusalem, West Bank, and/or Gaza required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a position responsible for coordinating and/or implementing programming with children, adolescents or youth using participatory approaches and content designed to promote children/youth rights, protection and social/emotional well-being.
  • Experience with program implementation at community level involving multiple stakeholders from local communities to governorate level, including village councils, local government.
  • Experiencing in provision of technical quality supervision, with use of various techniques including monitoring, coaching, data collection/analysis and application.
  • Prior experience with working with the Ministry of Education and/or Ministry of Social Development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent writing skills.
  • Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically across the West Bank on regular basis.
