Background
The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is identifying opportunities to support an enabling environment for economic growth in the West Bank.
Nature of consultancy opportunity   
-CIDA is seeking the services of an organizational development specialist to undertake  assessments and private sector development institutions and initiatives.
-the consultancy will involve  short- term assignments, including research , analysis, technical   assistance , and report writing , related to providing support for a strengthened business environment   in the West Bank.
Essential Qualifications:
-Excellent English or French language writing , comprehension and oral communication skills .
-Strong  Arabic language oral and comprehension skills.
-Masters degree in public administration  or any relevant area .
-Five years professional experience in conducting  organizational development assessments of puclic   and / or private sector institutions of a similar nature.
