Commercial Manager

Seeking a qualified professional for the position of Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial activities of a new mall in Palestine. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities and think of ways to expand the reach of the business.

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships with international vendors and follow through with negotiations and agreeing to contracts

Maintain sustainable and productive relations with the existing clients and vendors

Analyze sales and finance reports of the stores to gain insight into how to improve and maximize profitability and growth

Oversee the marketing and customer relations team daily performance and plan seasonal activities and events

Ensure deadlines are met even when overseeing multiple tasks and to acclimate to the seasonal changes in demand of the retail industry

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

At least 6 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales and marketing or another related field

Possesses strong knowledge of local buying culture and habits to ensure a proper assessment of risks in the decision making process

Ability to think outside the box and to be creative in ways to familiarize the customer base with brands and encourage purchases

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Must be team oriented and results focused

Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, sale and marketing) preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
