Job Description:
As a Communication Officer at Dimensions Consulting Company, you will play a vital role in enhancing our company's communication strategies and promoting our services to clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including website and social media.
- Draft story maps and briefs on implemented assignments and success stories.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze communication activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services industry.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and platforms, such as story maps and reports for donors, presentations for potential clients etc.
- Proficiency in public speaking and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and graphic design software.
