مؤسسة التعاون هي مؤسسة أهلية غير ربحية مستقلة تأسست عام 1983 بهدف توفير المساعدة التنموية والإنسانية للفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس، قطاع غزة، مناطق 1948 والتجمعات الفلسطينية في لبنان.
تعلن مؤسسة التعاون عن حاجتها الى موظفين لملئ الشواغر التالية وذلك ضمن مشروع المتحف الفلسطيني التابع للمؤسسة:
 

Department: The Palestinian Museum
Section Unit: Communications & Media
Job Title: Communications & Media Manager
Reports To: Museum Director

Job Summary:
The role of the Communications and Media Manager is to manage relations with the media and press, to accurately communicate the mission and objectives of the Museum and its various programs to the press and public, as well as to manage and plan events, marketing material and all communication on behalf of the Museum programs as requested by the director.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive & Technical Duties:

-Manage relations with the media and press in a manner that accurately delivers the mission and objectives of the Museum and its various programs
-Manage and plan the events, marketing material and communications on behalf of the Museum programs as per the director’s request.
-Keep in constant communication with branches and program managers regarding deadlines and developments within the program in order to prepare the required material and press releases
-Handle the communication and meetings with visitors, donors and potential donors to identify the objectives of the Museum and reflect those objectives practically through the illustration of executed programs
-Manage and execute the process of editing press releases, brochures and other media to ensure the delivery of the message as per the Museum direction, and that the releases and media material are according to the set standards
-Coordinate with various partners to identify potential editorials and set the framework for local media communication within the area itself.
-Attend and participate as required in relevant donor, fundraising, and/or NGO events that would support the objectives of Museum and address related advocacy issues
-Conduct periodic field visits to the programs to identify potential success stories and utilize them in media and press releases and editorials

General Administrative Duties
-Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the unit and forward them to the Director
-Recommend training aspects to subordinates and evaluate the outcomes of development and reflect them properly in work related requirements
-Conduct performance management activities to subordinates and ensure that objectives are being met
-Advise a deputy to handle the job’s responsibilities in case of absence or if the need arises
-Handle any other work related activities as per the direction of the Director

Academic Qualifications:
B.A. in Media or Marketing or a related field. MBA or other relevant high level degree is highly preferable

Languages:
Superior command of written and spoken Arabic and English is essential

Work Experience:
A minimum of seven years experience in a related field, of which three were in a supervisory position
