Community Facilitators

Austcare,an AusAID accredited NGO,are seeking three qualified persons to fill the positions of Community Facilitator over a five year period for a project funded by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID).All post locations will be hebron.

Eligible applicants are required to have the following qualifications and skills :
1-University degree in Development Studies/Social Sciences or related field.
2-At least 4 years recent experience working with community based organizations
3-Proven leadership and management (including financial of development projects
4-Proven ability to work under with government authorities,NGO's,developmet agencies and community groups.
5-Ability to work with donors and meet donor requierements and procedures.
6-Understanding of core protection issues and sustainable livelihoods approaches.
7-Experience in training and supervising local staff and partners and being an active part of a team.
8-Excellent report writing and documentation skills in Arabic and English essential
9-Willingness to move in the field and work in challenging environments.
10-A high level of computer competency including Word and Excel.
11-A deep commitment to Austcare's vision ,mission and values.
