Complaints Officer

Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) was established by the National Authority in 2010. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking
to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following positions:
 

Responsible for receiving and resolving complaints and inquiries from both licensees and consumers.

Main Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
2- 2- 3 years related professional experience in direct contact customer service environment
3-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required ,also English fluency is required
4-Demonstrated ability to work in teams on complex issues in an evolving environment
