Compliance & Grants Specialist

CARE International in the West Bank & Gaza seeks an experienced and committed professional for the following post:
Title: Compliance & Grants Specialist           Job# 41/2010
Location: Ramallah- Jerusalem
Duration: One year renewable

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, preferably with specialized training in USAID compliance requirements

Required Experience:
 Minimum of two years experience in compliance, auditing, and subgrants management

Technical Skills:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
