Compliance Manager
FHI 360 seeks candidates for the following role in anticipation of a five-year, USAID-funded West Bank/Gaza Civil Society Support project. The project may focus on: civil society capacity strengthening; increasing civic engagement in public sector decision-making; developing tools for measuring government accountability and transparency; and collaboration among civil society, government, and media actors. It is expected that all roles will be located in Ramallah, West Bank, with anticipated project-funded travel throughout the country.
Compliance Manager- The Compliance Manager shall work under the leadership of the Chief of Party and will be responsible for compliance with all applicable USG terms and conditions stipulated in the Cooperative Agreement and any other guidance provided by the Agreement Officer.

S/he should have extensive experience of at least seven years in large and complex program financial and administrative management, including financial controls and audit, as well as reporting on accruals, pipeline, and contract and personnel management. S/he should also have experience with donor organizations, and ideally with USAID and Mission Order 21. Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or another related field. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
