Overall Responsibilities

The IQC Compliance Officer’s primary duty is to ensure that USAID/WBG Mission Order No. 21 vetting practices and procedures are fully understood, and implemented by the Company, its subcontractors, and vendors. The Compliance Officer will also oversee and inspect the Contractor’s systems to ensure that they comply with all contractual requirements.
The following are the minimum qualifications for the IQC Compliance Officer:
-BA degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration or a Financial Management related field.
-At least 5 years experience in managing a variety of administrative and procurement processes.
-Must demonstrate knowledge in compliance with USAID rules and regulations including vetting procedures.
-Must demonstrate experience preparing for and successfully responding to audits pertaining to compliance with award terms, local laws and regulations or internal controls.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
