Construction Project Manager/ Owner Representative
Role Summary
Managing the planning, tendering and execution of Ooredoo Palestine HQ within time, budget & quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Review the design & BOQ to ensure all details meet requirements & budget.

Help in the tendering process for all relevant vendors.
-
Manage the relationship between the owner and the consultants.
-
Supervise the progress of the project and facilitate any issues on site.
-
Manage the budget of the project.
-
Review the payments of vendors & consultant.
-
Prepare frequent reports to management.
-
Manage the relationship with Municipality & Civil Defense and any other official party related to the project.

Ensure safety standards at location.

Experience & Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree in Civil engineering.
-
10 years of proven experience as construction project manager.
-
Well knowledge in project management
-
Knowledge of program management and construction management.
-
Good knowledge of MS office.
Skills
- Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent Research capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
- Excellent knowledge in excel.
- Proficient in MS Project.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both oral and written).
- Abilities to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
