for
DCA and NCA Palestine Country Programmes 2016-20

The purpose of the consultancy is to provide an adequate and well-documented context analysis for informing DanChurchAid’s and Norwegian Church Aid's strategic support under their Country Programmes in Palestine, especially in relation to vulnerable groups to be addressed, the worst-affected regions, the structural barriers and constraints that need to be addressed, and the main duty-bearers and relevant stakeholders.
