ACF is a private, non-political, non-denominational and Non-Governmental Organization established in 1979 and active in the Palestinian Territory since 2002.

ACF wishes to recruit a WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods consultant to lead a Market assessment for the “Convenio” project funded by the Spanish government through the Spanish Agency for International Development and Cooperation (AECID). The principle objective of the “Convenio” has been defined as protecting the livelihoods of vulnerable people, households and communities by providing basic services, commodities and water.

The consultant will be required to conduct a comprehensive systems analysis of communities affected by water scarcity and to conduct a market chain analysis of the most economically relevant agricultural sectors in the Gaza Stip. The consultant will be responsible for formulating and writing the final assessment report based on the research and analysis conducted during the 3-month assignment.

This short term consultancy will last for a period of three months and will be based in Gaza.

The winner of the consultancy will be responsible to cover the cost for the preparation and publishing the bidding documents 

The consultant must be able to issue a VAT free invoice.
