“Advocacy towards sustainable TVET Centers of Competence CoCs in the Gaza Strip”
Project Name: Enhancing Youth Employability in the Gaza Strip

IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced individual consultants from Gaza within the following conditions:

Duration: During November 2017 to July 2018 with maximum 40 working days.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

The consultant should have the following Competencies and experience:

-This call for consultancy is opened for individual consultants from Gaza
-At least 5 years’ experience in development area.
-At least 7 years’ experience in advocacy and community mobilization.
-Experience in drafting analytical reports, legal frameworks, community mobilization.
-Proven experience in communicating different levels of audiences.
-Ability to share knowledge and building the capacity for IRPAL team.
-Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English).
