The East Jerusalem YMCA is an implementing partner for Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures – Scholarships and Empowerment Programme. A programme that is implemented in partnership with United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of assistance to the Palestinian people UNDP/PAPP, funded by the Al-Fakhoora Campaign, and the Islamic development Bank (IDB). 
The East Jerusalem-YMCA invites Proposals for the Technical Services assignment for “Developing Gaza Strip Labour Market Analysis for Higher Education Specialty Demand for three years”
The East Jerusalem YMCA invites Economy, Business, and/or Career Specialists to express their interest for conducting the Technical Services assignment for “Developing Gaza Strip Labour Market Analysis/Assessment” under Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme.

The East Jerusalem YMCA is inviting a team of experts, Individual consultants or organization to submit a proposal on their proposed methodology to plan for this Labour Market Analysis/Assessment. See below for details required for submission.

Technical services assignment for Labour Market Analysis is expected to provide in-depth information about deviation between exiting specialties in the Gaza Universities and the demand structure of local market in Gaza Strip for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, and judges the state of employability for Gaza graduates.  

Further the Labour Market Analysis is expected to provide the soft skills of highest demand by the local market that enhance graduates employability.
