The East Jerusalem YMCA is an implementing partner for Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures – Scholarships and Empowerment Programme. A programme that is implemented in partnership with United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of assistance to the Palestinian people UNDP/PAPP, funded by the Al-Fakhoora Campaign, and the Islamic development Bank (IDB). 
The East Jerusalem-YMCA invites Proposals for the Technical Services assignment for “Scholarship Operational Manuals”
The East Jerusalem YMCA invites specialists in related fields to express their interest for conducting the Technical Services assignment for “Scholarship Operational Manuals” under Al-Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme.
The East Jerusalem YMCA is inviting a team of experts, Individual consultants or organization to submit a proposal on their proposed methodology to plan for this Scholarship Operational Manuals. See below for details required for submission.
Technical services assignment for Scholarship Operational Manuals is expected to provide TWO Operational Manuals for Local Undergraduate Scholarships, and International Graduate Scholarships with their Student’s Handbooks.
 

Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “EOI for Scholarship Operational Manuals” to reach no later than 15:00 Gaza time on 28th January, 2015.  These should be addressed by hand to:
