Consultant in Software Engineering

Friends of Fawzi Kawash IT Center of Excellence (FFKITCE) at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) and in partnership with An-Najah University (NNU) has received a grant from the Quality Improvement Fund (QIF)-Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Funded by the World Bank and EC, to implement the project of establishing the Innovative Software Engineering Center using international standards (ISEC) and intends to apply part of this grant for the selection and employment of the following:
Title: Consultant in Software Engineering (Task Based)
Essential Required Qualifications, Skills, knowledge and Competencies:
1. At least a Bachelor degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related filed.
2. Expert in software engineering standards especially RUP
3. At least four years of experience in software engineering
4. Expert in UML 2.0
5. Good command of English
