Consultant / Trainer

QADER has received a grant under the civic participation Program, that is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and in partnership with the Catholic Relief Services (CRS), to implement the project “Access and participation of Students with Disabilities in Higher Education“. In the framework of the project, QADER for Community Development in Partnership with Hebron University and Al-Quds University invites qualified consultants/Trainers who have proven expertise in empowering university students (students with disabilities) and/or developing internal systems and capacities of higher education institutions to submit their offers in response to this RFP.

The purpose of the assignment is to provide professional consulting and training services for QADER and its partner’s universities. The following represent the specific objectives of the assignment:

1-Empower (socially) Students with Disabilities in each partner university (around 15 students with disabilities in each partner university).
2-Develop the capacities of 20-25 students in each partner university on social entrepreneurship, generic skills and competencies for planning and implementing successful initiatives in favor of persons with disabilities.
3-Develop internal systems and capacities to partner universities to address the rights and needs of students with disabilities in equitable manner.
