Selecting Organizations for the Model Adult Education Centers Project

Background

DVV International is the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association. DVV International is active on a worldwide basis, cooperating with more than 200 partners in over 35 countries. DVV International seeks to hire a consultant to be part of the preparation process, precisely the selection of the 3 organizations and educational institutions that we will work with as our prime partners to transform them into model adult education centers in the upcoming three years. Term Of References

Qualification
-University degree in relevant fields like management, adult education, and organizational development with demonstrated professional practice in capacity assessment analysis.
-At least six years of experience in conducting capacity analysis and assessments.
-Must have profound knowledge in capacity assessment analysis of development projects.
-Good knowledge and experience in survey design, implementation of surveys and statistical data analysis is required.
-Ability to transfer analytical results into comprehensive reports.
-Readiness and commitment to all stages and requirements of the function in question.
-Excellent time management skills, with an ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
-Excellent knowledge in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking)
