Human Resource Development (HRD) is a full-service consultancy and training firm located in Ramallah, Palestine. Since 2007, HRD has delivered direct consulting services to clients in business and organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research, and the provision of human resources, as well as diverse trainings to all sectors of Palestinian society.

HRD is seeking highly motivated and skilled consultants and trainers in West Bank and Gaza to deliver services in the following fields for a potential future projects:

-Accounting Softwares: BISAN Enterprise, Financial Excel & Shamel
-Engineering Softwares: Rivet Structure, Etap, Primavera & Civil 3D
-IT: Web Design, Programming, Android & Databases.
-MS Project
-Marketing
-Social Media
-Archiving(both digital and hard copy)
