Call for Consultants and Trainers 

A2Z Plus for Training and Consulting; is a Palestinian firm that was established in 2018, in the West Bank, by a group of highly qualified and wide experienced experts. A2Z is currently conducting the annual update of relevant consultants, trainers, team leaders who would be interested to join our team for current and/or upcoming projects (local, regional or international).

 This call is open for local consultants and trainers, from West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza, covering one or more of the following market sectors:

1. Environment and green economy including (climate change, energy, water, waste, etc.)
2. Financial sector (preferably specialized in small projects).
3. Entrepreneurship, small and micro-enterprises.
4. Economic feasibility and business plans.
5. Strategic planning for municipalities, institutions and companies.
6. Studies and research related to gender, women, youth, disability or any related field.
7. Opinion polls including (field researchers, data entry and analysis, report writing).
8. Project Evaluation (Baseline, Endline). 
9. Developing the policies, manuals and human resources.
10. Institutional development and capacity building.
11. Development and economic empowerment.
12. Health, education, agriculture, food security.
13. Child rights and child protection.
14. Human rights, law, and gender.
15. Social media, sales and marketing. 
16. Professional trainers in any related field.

Required qualifications:

Applicants MUST have the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree Preferably in a relevant field
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in working as a team leader/consultant in any of the mentioned fields.
• High skills in writing, drafting and reviewing various documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional knowledge of English for consultants is essential.

Required areas of expertise: 

The successful consultants have to demonstrate the ability to:

• Understand national/sub-national context and framework.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the consultancy field.
• Able to produce high quality technical reports.
• Experienced in research methodologies both quantitative and qualitative.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to produce high quality technical reports.
• High training and presentation skills (for trainers).
