Position Title: Contact Center Agent
Location: Reach contact center premises in Ramallah
Type of contract: limited contract

Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible and accountable for assisting customers via telephone from foreign countries. He/she will:

-Provide customer support services (Calls , Emails , and Social Media)

Desirable Qualifications:
- Excellent English Language communication skills/ Native Accent.
- Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and active listening
- Flexibility to work in multiple tasks
