Reach: The First Contact Center in Palestine, wishes to recruit highly motivated employees for the following vacancies:
Required – Native English speaking employees
Position Title:Contact Center Agent
Location:Reach contact center premises in Ramallah
Type of Appointment:limited contract
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be responsible and accountable for assisting customers via telephone from foreign countries. He/she will:
-Provide customer support / technical support / telemarketing / telesales services
Desirable Qualifications:
-Excellent NATIVE English Language/ Accent.
-Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and active listening
-Flexibility to work in multiple tasks
-Able to work the night shift
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor/Diploma degree in Business, IT, or any other related fields.
-IT certifications and a One year Experience in Helpdesk is a plus
