Content Creator

The Ministry of Social Development in Palestine is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our communications team under European Union funded project. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms. This role involves developing engaging posts, graphics, and videos that effectively communicate the Ministry’s mission, programs, and initiatives to the public. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social issues and have a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and manage engaging content for digital platforms website and  social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)in Arabic and English
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to raise awareness about the Ministry’s initiatives and services.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in the development of social media strategies to support the Ministry’s goals.

Contribute to preparation of statements in Arabic and English about the ministry namely CTP payment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2 years proven experience as a digital platforms content creator or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Experience with video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for social issues and commitment to the mission of the Ministry of Social Development.

Familiar with social protection terminology in Arabic and English .
