Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest real-estate development and investment companies in Palestine. UCI’s projects include TABO (www.TABO.ps) and Masyoun Gardens (www.masyoungardens.ps) is now offering an outstanding opportunity for a Content Creator and Editor based in Ramallah.

Qualifications & requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
+2 years’ experience in content writing or marketing, preferably in real estate.
Outstanding writing and editing skills in Arabic and English;
Adept in numerous social-media platforms, including multimedia and video content.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written & oral).
Basic understanding of professional cameras, photography equipment and editing software.
Good knowledge in computer software, Social Media Platforms, MS office.
Organized and highly self-motivated.
Has the ability to work under pressure.
High work ethics and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with marketing department to create content that will grow positive awareness for, elevate the brand and reputation of and drive visitors to UCI website and social media pages.
Work with colleagues to identify great stories, design effective information, and promotions for audiences.
Create content for UCI's projects websites, marketing emails, and promotional copies as needed.
Manage day-to-day social engagement across social media platforms.
Create, and curate all published content with (images, video) suggestions.
Monitor, listen and respond to customers in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Photographing construction sites and/or company lands for marketing usage.
Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax.
Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs, and follows our in-house style guide.
Organize, modify and update existing content periodically.
Assist in various communications, outreach projects and activities and other duties as assigned.
