Content Writer

Logitude; is a leading software provider for freight forwarding industry used in more than 100 countries worldwide (www.logitudeworld.com). Logitude is a state-of-the-art cloud solution encompasses the latest freight management software for optimal functionality, covering the full freight forwarding lifecycle.

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.

Content Writer's responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and blog writing. In addition to enhancing all marketing-related written content. 

If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare content for social media and email marketing.
• Prepare and edit blog posts using keywords according to SEO guidelines provided by the SEO team. (At least 2 blogs a week).
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Coordinate with the SEO team to follow their guidelines and use the needed keywords properly to increase web traffic
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed.
• Ensure information is accurate and grammatically correct.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to self-motivate
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing 
• Open to learning about our industry and services in-depth
• Experience in WordPress (preferred) 
• Write well-researched, high-quality articles by the deadline 
• Experience in SEO-friendly blogging. 
• Content writing for Social Media and email marketing.
• Creative writing for marketing-related content.
