Chemonics International Inc under the USAID Palestinian Health Sector Reform and Development project is seeking qualified candidates for the position(s) listed below.
Position Title: Coordinator/Programs
Job Classification: Long term professional
Reporting To: Officer/Programs
The Programs Coordinator will work closely with the Deputy Chief of Party of Technical Programs and the Programs Officer to support overall quality assurance on training activities, donor coordination, fellowships and other programmatic and operational aspects undertaken by the Project that address the needs of the MoH and select NGOs. The Programs Coordinator will support technical activities and support ensuring technical coordination among Program staff while ensuring the connection between technical, operations and management teams. The Program’s coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all training activities done by the Project maintains the required standards of quality and consistency, complies with contract requirements such as vetting, branding, etc.
A qualified candidate should have at least 2 years working experience with a bachelor’s degree in business management, health, social sciences, or related fields. A qualified candidate will also have the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form in English and Arabic, while being able to prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines. A qualified candidate should be highly organized, great interpersonal communications skills and have the ability to multi-task without direct supervision.
