Corporate Finance Specialist

PIF is seeking a senior manager to work on corporate finance transactions at its headquarters in Ramallah, Palestine. The successful candidate will structure and execute a wide range of equity side corporate finance transactions including IPOs, private placements, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and others.

Responsibilities:
1-Analyze the capital structure of PIF's subsidiaries and develop strategies to optimize it
2-Conduct valuations and develop financial models for PIF's subsidiaries and for possible targets tor acquisition.
3-Structure, coordinate and supervise various equity related transactions, such as IPOs, Private Placements, Rights Issues, acquisitions and divestments
4-Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of key transaction documents, including information Memoranda, Prospec¬tuses, valuation reports, etc.
5-Conduct and/or oversee the financial due diligence process related to such transactions.
6-Develop and manage relationships with potential investors.
7-Liaise and coordinate the work of legal specialists and other external advisors working on the transaction.

Required Qualification:
1-Master's degree or higher in Finance. Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related field.
2-Minimum 5-years of relevant work experience with a consulting firm, investment bank, private equity fund, hedge fund, or international finance institutions.
3-Demonstrable expertise in working on corporate finance transactions.
4-Demonstrable management and leadership skills.
5-Excellent wntten and oral communication skills In English and Arabic
