CRM & Marketing Officer

 
Palestine Motors Company, a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of BMW and Mitsubishi Motors, is currently seeking to hire a CRM & Marketing Officer according to the below requirements:

Main Responsibilities:

-    Increase customer satisfaction and resolve all customers concerns & issues
-    Assist in the development of the Company’s corporate image focusing on high standards of customer satisfaction.
-    Develop and maintain a good customer service by proposing ways to enhance the operations of the company
-    Follow up on all unsatisfied customers and resolve their concerns.          
-    Follow up with referral customers who show interest to buy a new car
-    Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to in the required timescales
-    Undertake research into customer service options and present suggestions to the CRM & Marketing Manager as appropriate.
-    Establish and maintain a strong rapport with customers from all segments
-    Ensure resolutions are sought to all customer enquiries and discuss these with the CRM & Marketing Manager as appropriate
-    100 % completion and follow up with Lead Management with 48 hours from receiving the file.
-    Monitor all reports for showroom traffic. And calculating the qualified traffic on daily bases.
-    Issue al the reports related to sales, service on monthly, weekly basis.
-    Sales Feed & Service Feed reports 4 time a month
-    Follow up all internal and external online requests and complains, requirement & cases.
-    Generate the report needed to increase Sales and Service retention.
-    Handling Customer appreciation event.
-    Follow up all internal and externals Campaigns



Skills and experience:

-    A minimum of B.A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
-    A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in front office position.
-    Reporting skills.
-    Excellent command of English & Arabic; both writing and speaking.
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-    Applicant must be a resident of Ramallah city.
