Customer Care Representative

Experts is based in Palestine where it provides IT consultancy, software design and development as well as professional services combined with a ready-made solutions designed to empower our clients’ needs and operations.

Experts is now seeking a qualified candidate for the position Customer Care Representative, to be based in its office in Ramallah.

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering the calls and inquiries and processing all customers' requests, with courtesy, efficiency and professionalism.
• Confirming the exact comprehension of the customer request as well as the verification and entering data of customer information in our systems.
• Internal follow up on all Assigned Tickets with the Technical team to ensure the delivery of the services based on SLA.
• Promoting our products and services, to all prospects and existing customers.
• Documenting and referring to the appropriate responsible groups complete information on customer requests that couldn't be solved at their level.
• Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service they have.
• Respecting the assigned working schedule as planned and communicated by the implemented policies.
• communicating customers feedback and notes about Experts services and any suggestions to direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• 0-2 Years Experience.
• Business or Software Related Background.
• Commitment to the scheduled assigned by the department.
• Knowledge in the software sector is a plus.
