Integrated Solutions is need of a Customer Service employee to work in its office in Ramallah with the following details.

Responsibilities:
1-Training of bank employees on functional performance of Temenos
2-Operate as the link between customers and the Company
3-Work alongside the technical team in overcoming bugs and rising issues
4-Participate in designing strategies.

Requirements:
1-Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance, or any related field
2-Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
3-Fluency in English
4-Ability to work under pressure
5-Ability to travel and attend training courses
6-Work fine within the functional team
