Batuta.com is looking for Customer Service Executives!
Batuta aims to be the 360° hospitality reference brand, offering our customers genuine value for money services. Batuta stands for tailored hospitality solutions, transparency, piece of mind, and support at each stage of the experience process.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be in the front line of the Batuta.com brand interacting with customers from all over the Arab world providing them with expert advice on hospitality offerings.

-40 hours working week (from Monday till Sunday)
-Flexible shifts between 10AM and 11PM
Responsibilities
-Provide prospects with expert advice on accommodations across the globe
-Deal with customer issues adequately within the Batuta service policy and guidelines
-Modify reservations, handle special requests and complaints by phone, e-mails and live support
-Actively share ideas and experiences with peers and colleagues
Skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
-Operational excellence in execution and follow up
Education and Experience
-College graduate
-Professional Customer Services Support
-We favor people with travel agency experience
