Customer Service Expert required for EU Support to a Tax Awareness Programme in Palestine

AARC Ltd is seeking to hire a customer service expert to support the implementation of a tax awareness project led by the Ministry of Finance and funded by EU.
 
Input: 16.5 work days
Duration: September 2016 to May 2017
Location: Ramallah

Requirements:
-University degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Finance or similar.
-Courses taken in training delivery an advantage.
-At least seven years of general professional experience in Marketing/ Communications/ Customer Service/ Capacity Building.
-Previous experience of delivering customer service training is required.
-Knowledge of Arabic and English languages is an asset.
