Customer Service Expert required for EU Support to a Tax Awareness Programme in Palestine

AARC Ltd is seeking to hire a customer service expert to support the implementation of a tax awareness project led by the Ministry of Finance and funded by EU.

Input: 18 work days
Duration: February/March 2018
Location: Ramallah

University degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Finance or similar.
Courses taken in training delivery an advantage.
At least seven years of general professional experience in Marketing/ Communications/ Customer Service/ Capacity Building.
Previous experience of delivering customer service training is required.
Knowledge of Arabic and English languages is an asset.
