Baladi Post Office, located within the Baladi Mall, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, assisting with postal inquiries, package shipments, and other services offered by the Israeli Post Office.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage the financial aspects of daily operations.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in handling customer requests, processing orders, and maintaining records. Follow all postal protocols and procedures.
- Israeli Post Office Operations: Be familiar with and adhere to the operations and regulations of the Israeli Post Office, including handling packages, deliveries, and postage services.
- Pressure Management: Handle high volumes of customers and work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours or busy periods.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a post office or retail setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Hebrew and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Cash Handling: Experience with cash transactions and basic financial record-keeping.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and maintaining correct records, both in customer service and financial transactions.
- Familiarity with Israeli Post Office Operations: Understanding of the Israeli Post Office's services, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to Handle Pressure: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing customer demands during busy periods.
