Freightos is already helping some of the world’s biggest freight companies automate their operations. We’re looking for a CS Data Engineer to join our CS Department in Ramallah.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title of position: Customer Success Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

-Understanding and analyzing price lists received from customers.
-Creating Freightos files for customers’ price lists, to be uploaded into our system.
-Test Freightos related formats after creation.
-Understanding the product as a SaaS and all its features and functions.
-Engaging and running training to customers and follow up.
-Reporting enhancements requests.


Requirements:
-Has a bachelor degree in:  Computer system Engineering// Electrical Engineering// Mechanical Engineering // Computer Science
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Object-oriented and detail-oriented.
-Mathematically inclined.
-Have the ability to work independently, Proficiency with computer systems and offices.
-English language ability: Very good (speaking, reading, writing).
-Excel skills is a must (Functions)

Start Date of Position: Immediate
