Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be the customer's liaison responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from start to finish.

The job requires two days a week in Rosh Haayin, Israel and 3 days a week in Ramallah

Key Responsibilities:
-Ownership of subscription based customers.
-Manage customer relationships to build a service-oriented reputation and earn renewals.
-Manage a team of account managers
-Communicating and corresponding with customers
-helping customers achieve their objectives through product adoption
-managing the on-line sales pipeline
-Submit reports and all other required paperwork to management.
-Identifies current and future needs of customer and potential customers regarding company services.
-Increase customers base, reaching company overall targets.

Qualifications
-Jerusalem ID holder is a must.
-Minimum B.A in a relevant field.
-At least 3 years experience on managing sales or support teams
-Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-High proficiency in computer and MS office literacy.
-Valid driving license.
