Where: Beit Jala, Palestine

Transcend Support is a unique company that provides world class outsourcing services to international and local companies.

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Support representatives to work on a project for an international company on a full time basis

Who is relevant?

Candidates who
-Are eager to learn new skills in customer experience management and support
-Have excellent command of written and spoken English
-Are technology oriented and eager to learn new technical skills
-Have great social, communications and convincing skills and are team players
-Are hard workers and have strong personalities
-Willing to learn and develop, meet new challenges and  have a “can do” attitude
-Have excellent command of computer skills
-Can be flexible to work according to a shifts’ system

Successful candidates:
-will be provided an in-depth training in customer service and technical support
-Will join a highly motivated and successful team of customer service representatives
-Will be working in a challenging and rewarding environment providing support to international customers.
