Daily Data Collection Workers – Hebron – West Bank

LOCATION: Based in Hebron

In order to support the data collection process ; we are looking for a daily data collection workers ( 4) to work in the Hebron governorate

responsibilities:

Role of the Data Collection Workers

Conduction of face-to-face data collection (75%)
Preparation of data collection exercises with households (10 %)
Reporting and dissemination (15 %)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF Data Collection Workers

Conduction of data collection via home visits (75%)
Conduct Door to Door visits in different working areas as needed.
Support MEAL and Project teams in collecting information from the field site, through questionnaires using SurveyCTO on tablets
Data entry (10 %)
Ensure data collected is entered and verified in daily bases, using Survey-CTO.
Strictly respect the total confidentiality of data collected and entered.
Reporting and dissemination (10 %)
Promptly report on the data collected information on daily basis to the Project Manager.
Report in potential problems, challenges or constraints faced in the field to the MEAL and Project Manager.
Develop and maintain effective working relationship with other departments of the organization.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Required qualifications, competences and experience:

University Student or fresh graduated (experience in the field is not a pre-requisite but would be a plus)
Good English
Basic computer skills and online data collection on SurveyCTO, Kobo or ODK.
Very Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Native Arabic , Good command of English written
Respectful of each HI member’s positions, work, and specialty.
Willingness to spend time in the field.
Respect the confidentiality of information

LOCATION

The data collection worker will be based in Hebron governorate, with travel to various areas in Hebron city and rural areas based on the need.

Other conditions and Arrangements

HI will provide:

- Resources (Printing and Meeting room at partner location for training).

- Communication package (re-imbursement of communication costs)

- Work-related transport, based on need and according to HI logistics procedures.

- Data collection tools (Tablet)

Duration

- The Duration of the contract will be from the 16 February 2022 to 8 March 2022 (15 working days).

- The number of working days will be according to the Inclusive Education Project needs.

- The payment will be done on the end of the contract, and according to the number of the worked days.

- The daily amount will be determined and paid at the end of the contract, depending on the candidate qualifications and according to the number of the worked days.

- payment shall be inclusive of Personal Protective Equipment of COVID-19 (PPE) to be handled by the daily workers.

HI workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in HI Code of conduct. In accordance with these values, HI operates and enforces policies on Beneficiary Protection from Exploitation and Abuse, Child Safeguarding, Anti-fraud, bribery, and corruption.
