Data Analyst Specialist

Business Alliance for HR Services is currently recruiting a Data Analyst Specialist on behalf of one of its reputable clients in the services sector. 

Location: Ramallah, Palestine.  

Type of Contract: Permanent - full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with team members, segment, and IT units to develop and deploy operational dashboards and informational reports to create significant business impact. 
2. Design and develop reporting solutions using business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
3. Responsible for data management, store and retrieve data, and create automated jobs using reporting tools.
4. Processing sensitive data and information in accordance with established procedures.
5. Assisting with the creation of interpreting results.
6. Preparing and delivering findings based on analysis to management.
7. Performing preliminary analysis to determine the data's quality.
8. Completing more investigation to ascertain the data's meaning.
9. Design and develop required business KPI’s and Reports.
10. Assist with the quality control of imported data, if needed, by collaborating with quality assurance analysts.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in SQL is a must.
3. Ability to work primarily in Tableau, MS Office suite (can perform complex functions).
4. Good experience in writing Oracle SQL stored procedures, views, etc.
5. The ideal candidate must be technical-savvy with a business mind.

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Languages Required:

• Arabic & English working proficiency.
