Job Purpose Summary
The Data Identification & Check-up Officer will be responsible for verifying beneficiary identities, ensuring that only eligible individuals receive aid. This role requires attention to detail, effective coordination, and accurate record-keeping to maintain a fair and accountable distribution process.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Verify beneficiaries' identities against the pre-approved list before distribution.
• Cross-check documentation, such as IDs or vouchers, to confirm eligibility for aid.
• Address discrepancies or issues related to beneficiary identification in coordination with the facilitator.
• Record attendance and update beneficiary status to ensure accountability.
• Provide clear instructions to beneficiaries regarding the collection process

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, data management, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data verification, registration, or humanitarian aid distribution.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations in emergency or development settings is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Languages:
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic.
• Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
